Lifeboats - Jorja Smith - And What I Understand From The Song

I've been listening to this song for a while now and my homework is to write the meaning. And instead of writing what the actual meaning of the song, we have to type what i understand. So, here we go!   The chorus has these lyrics;  " So why do we all fall down, If there's a reason we can stay afloat? Why do we watch them drown?  We're too selfish on the lifeboats Why do we all fall down If there's a reason we can stay afloat? Why do we watch them drown? " "Why do we watch them drown" into the "The Sea Of Confusion" and spiral away with their problems? Not everyone can simply "Stay Afloat" and walk off the problems they have. And people who can solve the problem or has overcome the problem just leave the person that "Fell" and doesn't help them in this "Sea Of Confusion". But Why?    Because we're either scared to help the people that "Fell" because we might Fal...

Change the World By Making Your Bed

There's this inspirational video by Admiral William McRaven that was well ispirational for me.It might not be inspirational for you(maybe it is,) It had a good message to it, and it is very helpful. if you don't understand what the Admiral is trying to say, i'll try my best for all of you to understand. He tlaks about the power of hope for example, when Admiral McRaven tells a story about the SEAL training in the Tijuana sloughs, where everyone can leave if five men would quit. Clearly, none would quit, and through all the chattering and groans, one man sung a song, then another, and another and so on until everyone sang. Even when the were told to stop singing or they had to spend eight more hours in the mud, they kept on singing, and the mud felt a little warmer, the wind a little tamer all the way until dawn. That singing from one person gave hope to everyone. One person can change the world just by giving hope.

Favourite Moment In ASIQS

Well... The problem with this topic is that I don't think I have one in the first place, and my favourite memories are either from my old school or outside ASIQS. So I don't know whether I actually have one here and i just forgot, or I don't have one in the first place.

Things that isn’t in Space U8

Today’s blog is about ASIQS Space U8.                                                            There are several things that is (and was) missing and needed. One of the things that are missing is gym equipment. The other thing that is missing is a Locker Room, which is actually good, though. The Locker Room was cramped and mostly stinky, either from sweat or the toilet. Maybe a Locker Room was a bad idea after all. The second thing that (was) missing was the L1 class. They have their own class now . Theircass was originally used to store unboxed stuff. They used the Prayer Hall for a temporary class for a week or two. This isn’t important but we should be able to walk around Space U8 after school. I get it, Safety and Security all of those things, an...
